FAQ: Shipping & Returns
How soon will I receive my order?
This is a small indie artist shop so all items are crafted or printed especially for you once you place your order. None of our items are mass produced. Different items take different production times. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your items to be produced and shipped.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally. Wherever you are that accepts incoming domestic and international mail, we got you.
My order never arrived!
If you ordered items and they haven't arrived in 4 weeks, it may have gotten lost in the mail. In that case contact us at email@example.com with your order # and we will be happy to re-ship.
I ordered several items but only received some.
If ordering multiple items, they may arrive in several different shipments as they may be sourced from other locations and take different times to produce. Rather than wait until all the items you ordered are ready, we ship them as they are completed. (Example: An order of 6 items may arrive as 3 different packages, spaced a few days or weeks apart). However, if all your items haven't arrived within 4 weeks, feel free to shoot us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes items are shipped and get lost in the mail. In these cases we are happy to send a replacement.
I changed my mind. Can I have a refund?
Due to the custom nature of all items we carry, there are no refunds or returns. Once you order, work and materials go into creating your items especially for you. Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide you with the item you ordered in the specified time.
All sales final.
